Please send the item within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging where supplied. Try intimate garments over your own underwear. These conditions do not limit any rights you have to inspect goods under applicable law.<\/p>\n<h2>Intimate items and hygiene<\/h2><p>Please keep any hygiene seal intact. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene seal and is legally unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return after that seal has been removed. This exception does not affect claims for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Discounted items follow the same policy as full-price items.<\/p>\n<h2>How to return<\/h2><p>Email us before sending your parcel so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Our company contact address is not a return address. Include your order number and retain proof of postage. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return; international postage may be required. Ask us for the destination before arranging a return. No restocking fee applies.<\/p>\n<h2>Wrong, damaged or faulty items<\/h2><p>Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and a description. Clear photographs of the item and packaging can help, but do not send intimate photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, and cover reasonable necessary return costs for our error or a confirmed fault. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds and exchanges<\/h2><p>We will email you after checking your return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5\u201310 business days after receipt and inspection, and always within any shorter period required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. For another size or color, request a return and place a new order; availability cannot be reserved. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law or where the return results from our error.<\/p>\n<h2>UK and EU cancellation rights<\/h2><p>Where applicable, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, then return them within a further 14 days. Statutory exceptions, including qualifying unsealed hygiene goods, may apply. We refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days of cancellation; we may wait until the goods or proof of return are received. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Our voluntary 30-day policy does not replace or reduce your consumer rights.<\/p>\n<h2>Order changes<\/h2><p>Email promptly to request cancellation or an address correction before dispatch. We will check whether a change is still possible. Once dispatched, follow the applicable return or cancellation process.
