Information we collect
When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, order details and correspondence. Please provide only what is needed for your request and do not email full payment-card details or intimate photographs.
The website and its service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, session identifiers and security logs. Product reviews or other content you choose to submit may be displayed publicly with your display name after approval. Avoid including private information in public reviews.
How information is used
We use information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery and returns, manage accounts, answer questions, prevent fraud, maintain website security, understand site usage and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as secure store operation, or consent where required. Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Payment services, including Stripe and any wallet you select at checkout, process payment details under their own privacy notices. Our order records can include payment status, transaction identifiers and limited payment-method details. Card details entered into a payment provider’s fields are handled by that provider.
Information needed to run the store may be shared with hosting and website-service providers, payment processors, delivery providers, customer-support services and professional advisers. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud and protect legal rights. Jetpack services and externally loaded components, such as Google Fonts and payment widgets, may receive technical information when they load.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies support essential functions such as keeping items in your bag, maintaining a shopping session, account sign-in and security. For example, WooCommerce uses cart cookies and a session identifier to connect your browser to your shopping session. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order administration, returns, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. A deletion request may not remove records we must lawfully retain.
